Yes, the recent change in the release process is certainly shaking
things up:(
Worst case scenario is we need to continue carry xulrunner in a ppa. It
is now a waiting game to see what the other distributions do. I believe
there was a discussion on the Sugar IRC channel today about options.

Short version is that the mozillateam has heavily patched xulrunner. It
is get tough to update to the latest version which is required by
browse. The Debian unstable version works
Browse is currently blocked by problems with a dependency. We must
pull an updated version of xulrunner in from debian.
