xine-lib works correctly now? I had the problem with a VCD that had
been created using Nero Burning ROM. There was a brief segment of video
at the beginning of the disk that said the disk had been created with
Nero I no lo
According to this page, http://www.itdp.de/Xine-
devel/2005-12/msg00081.html, a fixed was released in 2005... Bug is due
to an outdated version of libvcd... setting as fixed. Sourceforge
upstream doesn't seem to be looking at their list of bugs.

I can confirm this bug. I faced it with gxine. It doesn't appear with
all VCDs.
