Warzone freez
Game freezing during gameplay.
First screen freeze after 1-2 sec sound freeze and PC is not responding. Only
reset/ power off
I didn't do anything specific, freezing in random times.
I use Ubuntu 10.10

Hrm. Well, sometimes the freezes can be intermittent. Keep running in
windowed mode until it freezes.
Are you sure you can't install the latest beta? Just download from our
website and compile...

Ran in windowed mode and no freeze occurred. This is what appeared in
the terminal during the run:

When reporting bugs, NEVER test the version from stable repositories in
your package management system - they are out-of-date, and will never be
updated except for security bugs (and other major bugs).
Instead, test with the latest version of upstream. In this case, that'd
be 2.3 beta 4.

as with every release new crash bugs are fixed. On the other hand you
could probably try 2.3.0 Beta 4 the latest beta release of the upcoming
2.3 branch. The choice is up to you, but I doubt that there will be
