Same thing for me with my new Dell Inspiron Mini 1012. In Ubuntu 9.10 the vertical scrolling works everywhere beautifully, even in Terminal. Its a real pleasure. But the horizontal scrolling doesn't work at all. In Windows XP from the same laptop both vertical and horizontal work but not in all
