I have the same laptop model, but with an Intel 64-big processor. What
is the symptom you are reporting? My wireless works fine in all versions
from 9.10 to 10.10 using the B43 proprietary driver. On my computer,
pressing F2 toggles the wireless state, so pressing it 3 times after
reboot disables i
