I can confirm this still happens in dapper, i think in edgy.
unfortunately my laptop doesnt unsuspend at all in feisty, so i cant
test this.

The problem exists in dapper still, but under Feisty the laptop doesnt
resume at all from suspend, so this particular bug is hard to test ;)
