I'm marking this as Triaged since it's clear what needs to be done. This
bug is worth a High status since it is a vital part of the system and it
would look ugly if it wouldn't support the Application Indicators.

Cody - Nautilus puts an icon in the notification area to raise/hide the
progress window when performing file operations which may take a while
