I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Can you try
the following and let me know if it fixes the issue for you?
1. Open Applications->Accessories->Passwords & Encryption Keys
2. Delete your "Ubuntu One token"
3. Open Firefox and go to: https://one.ubuntu.com/account/
