I can confirm the bug with my version ubuntu dapper amd64. I can suggest a stupid trick that do not solve the problem but at least could help to use the program. Using Alt+F7 you can move the window as you like. Please fix anyway the bug -- Can't rezise window after loading image https://bugs.la
