* Migrate from cdbs to debhelper 7 build (will enable a double build with and
without kdelibs in the future):
- Do not build-depend on cdbs.
- Build-depend on recent enough pkg-kde-tools (for dh --with=kde).
- Bumped debhelper version d
Slightly corrected debdiff. It adds the VERSION variable to debian/rules
for pod2man.
