I fixed it back in the previous release cycle. Sorry, forgot to mark it
as fixed. (it's in partitionsandbooting.xml)

Due to the TopicBasedHelp spec things are changing slightly in the
repos. So if it was in the desktop guide, then it will be under
ubuntu/C with the doc being the greator heador that was in 2.x if I
recall correctluy. DOn't have my repo in front of me.
