This bug still exists in 9.10;
And this is not normal to have 0.5 MB/s on 2.5 GHz quadcore, because
writting/reading normal partition, also using same encryption, is x100
times faster (50 Mb/s)

the memory, as well as go through multiple decrypt cycles, etc. This is
