ntfs driver do not manage
Somebody has already filed bug #513197 to urge updating to newest
version of ntfs-3g. Don't hold your breath though, generally this won't
be done until corresponding Debian package has been updated. For now you
may either compile your own or try some of the PPA packages.

Well, I looked at the release note of ntfs-3g. Junction points support
has been introduced in last version, which is not avalailable yet in
Ubuntu. So the problem will be fixed when integrated.

It seems that ntfs-3g managed junctions. So I don't know why it doesn't
work on my Ubuntu.
