I am sorry, it is because of bug #115526.
This bug seems to be fixed in the mentioned versions (but I cannot test
Dapper, so I leave the status as it is).

Sorry, I don't have the resources to test, but if 2 users can confirm
this one, than it should be marked as Confirmed. I'll ping the upstream
again, hope to have it fixed soon.

I can confirm this bug. How come is it still marked as "unconfirmed"? It
seems easy to fix, plus a total showstopper for the application.
