I would like to reopen this bug. I am facing the same issue and please find my

Hi Joshua,
it was my fault. Yes I connected Tomboy with Ubuntu One, but I had use
"Tomboy Notes" gnome applet. And as it turned out, this applet hasn't
synchronize option (synchronizing can be configured, but there's no way
to synchronize on demand or automatically). This feature can be only

When you right-click on the Tomboy icon in you should see a "Synchronize
Notes" option, either selectable or not selectable (meaning you need to
setup sync). Did you go through the steps detailed in this tutorial for
setting up synchronizing notes with Ubuntu One?

I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One notes is not working properly for you. When
you right-click on the Tomboy icon and select "Synchronize Notes", what
happens? If you get an error (or nothing at all), please try the
following so we can try to determine what the cause of the problem is:
