Your log files disagree with you. /var/log/installer/syslog says
"'/dev/sda2': ('/home', False, None)" and /var/log/partman says
"parted_server: OUT: 2 42952412160-149255930879 106303518720 primary
ntfs /dev/sda2". Perhaps you made a mistake setting up the mount points.

No, my /home-Device is a ReiserFS partition - created using Suse. I just
configured the mount-Points for my NTFS partitions as well.

Oh, your /home is on NTFS. That won't work, because Linux can't write to
NTFS at present. We should add a warning for that.
