Anyway thanks for finding this. The dependency to python-qt4 is missing
in the package. I've updated the package in the PPA, it's currently
building but should be available soon. But you can just install python-
qt4 yourself.
As Scott said please don't report PPA problems to the official Debian

Please don't report bugs against PPA packages against Ubuntu. There is
nothing Ubuntu developers can do about them. You need to contact the
owner of the PPA and let them know about the problem.
