Problem solved. Finally I managed to get my Windows working and I
realized the same problem there. So, nevertheless, it's apparently my
hardware that's broken. So, sorry for the trouble.

I have, but rolling it back to max 100% is not helping. I think,
something's changed in the system, cause it's exactly from that time I
see those changes too in the Sound preferences in the menu. If I locate
what caused that, maybe I'll find out the reason.

Please make sure you have not moved the slider in the Output Volume
section of the Sound Preferences applet beyond the 100% mark.
