The decision to use flat gray-scale icons in the notification area is an
Ubuntu decision and not a GNOME decision. Hence, this issue should not
be resolved upstream, but instead belongs in Ubuntu. The suggestion to
move the issue to bugzilla.gnome.org is, thus, not sensible.
