Public bug reported: Binary package hint: empathy
I am on Karmic, and it gives me a "Network error" . I tried putting "cn.scsa.msg.yahoo.com". Didn't work. Frustrating because there are no settings to try. When I first created the account, it said "authentication error", then network error every time. I am not running any other chat accounts, but I have Pidgin (not configured). I need to use Empahty, because it's supposed to work with video chat, which pidgin does not. It's a real Ubuntu-breaker since I use only Yahoo IM.
