We wont be adding icons in the default theme for apps which are not in the
default install.
We cannot be expected to make icons for all the apps in the repos ;)
you could file a bug in the applet itself to use the same style.

It's the little "A" icon just near the clock.
You may install the applet via synaptic, lock-keys-applet
(btw, is there a way on earth to redesign/desaturate/destroy the skype
tray icon ?)
(btw-2, could Humanity be extended to include pidgin tray icons ?)
