I personally resolved this by using the package from
http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/libscrollkeeper0
I must say, this is not the ideal scenario, nor is it a supported
configuration as libscrollkeeper0 appears to not have the support to
maintain it that we require for packages.

I looked it up and it seems that the real issue is that scrollkeeper is
outdated and possibly no longer being maintained. It seems as though it
has been replaced by rarian, thus glade may need to be
updated/repackaged to work with librarian0 if scrollkeeper is no longer
going to be included
