The problem seems to be fixed, when cross-fading is deactivated. Keeping
an eye on it.

Got some news: The most of the files seems to be created by iTunes, as
far as I remember. Don't know, if it's reproducable with an actual
version, because I donk't have any windows-pc in range

Does even happen on freshly installed Ubuntu. Is it legal, to add parts
of mp3-files, which are affected?

What happens also: Such files can't be stopped. If I press the play
/pause-button, Rhythmbox says "paused" but the time-slider continues
moving.

Well, for me it is reproducible. I just have to try to play one of the
affected files, thats it. Is there any way, I could get as much as
possible informations about the files, so that I can compare them and
maybe find similarities?
