This bug report is being closed due to your last comment regarding this being
fixed with an update. For future reference you can manage the status of your
own bugs by clicking on the current status in the yellow line and then choosing
a new status in the reveal

This problem ended with lucid Lynx, the best version i ever had of
Ubuntu. Everything works fine.

same problem: usb stick (virtually the same) is not automounted neither
automountedopen -seems is not recognized by nautilus -sometimes and

I am having a similar problem, however restarting udev doesn't help in
my case.
I installed Karmic two days prior to the actual release and everything
has been working fine until today. I've been doing regular updates and
haven't had any problems. The last time I updated was Friday
(2009-12-04) an
