This bug is still valid, in 14.04 LTS. Tora still depends on libpq5,
doesn't suggest any additional packages and by default gives only MySQL
as a connection provider.

I recently installed tora an had the same problem. Tora should at least
suggest libqt4-sql-psql. Strange is that tora depends directly on libpq5

Seems that installing libqt4-sql-psql corrects the problem. This bug is
invalid.
