Thinboy, so you would say the original bug is fixed? It's not entirely
clear what Ubuntu One isn't doing that it should be doing, but could you
please file a new bug for that problem, with as much information as
possible, if it still persists?

I no longer get capability mismatches, but it doesn't appear to actually
do anything other than occasionally change the name of one of the
subdirectories (which I added) in the ~/Ubuntu One directory.

The capability mismatches were probably due to you running the
1.0.2-0ubuntu1 client (see bug 462828). I assume you updated through
Update Manager. Now that you are running 1.0.2-0ubuntu2, are you still
having issues? Thanks.
