I also have this problem when rightclicking files with the cursor and
selects copy from the popupmenu, when i rightclick to paste it the paste
option is grayed out as if the copy-even was never registred, ctrl+v
also does not work

The bug is most likely to be reproduced by going to another folder and
quickly pressing the Ctrl+C or F2, for example. Seems as if Nautilus
needed more time to "settle" and "hear" our commands.

I can confirm that (ctrl-c/x and F2). It happens from time to time. I can't
really figure out why and when this happens.
It seems i trigger the bug more often, when i switch between directories or
nautilus windows... but not sure, yet.

I've noticed it's not just Ctrl+C/X. For example F2 (rename file)
sometimes does not work either. This leads me to believe that it happens
with pretty much any key.

Same here. I noticed that this bug shows whenever I hit Alt+1 or
