crash when node-editing pattern-filled object
To manage notifications
A work - around for those stuck on OS X tiger ( using the dmg from 0.47
) : just fill the object after editing the path. I found that the bug
was reliably produce for Draw object -> add fill -> Edit path with node
tool, but not for Draw object -> Edit path with node too -> add fill.
