Fix FTBFS (LP: #461170)
* debian/build_all.sh: Fix 'function' bashism
* debian/patches/08_ftbfs_getdatasize.dpatch: Fix function prototype that
changed in fpc.
There was a second issue, where fpc changed the return type of
tstringfield.getdatasize. So I added a patch for that too. I pushed,
but it needs to be approved this late in cycle.
