Hi, I think this is because the bug was reported to Ubuntu Translation
project and not to tzdata package.
For example when you report a bug containing Argentina in Ubuntu, it
will not show similar bugs from S

I appologies if I was expeditive. Is just I am not 100% procent sure
that it should be in tzdata.
