But shouldnt it have restarted automatically this being the most important
for KDE GUI.
Also I was looking for an option in System Monitor to start a new process
since it would be handy to have it at the same place where it is killed.
Let me know your views.

To restart plasma-desktop, press alt+f2, then run plasma-desktop.
