This I have fixed upstream already some time ago. Lucid should contain
the fixed PPD files. If you do not want to upgrade, get a fixed PPD from
the OpenPrinting web site http://www.openprinting.org/.

Karmic conflict with Kyocera
This can be fixed by providing correct OrderDependency values in the PPD file.
Apparently http://www.openprinting.org/printer/Kyocera/Kyocera-FS-C5100DN_KPDL
has a PPD file with the necessary corrections.

This seems to be a bug in the Kyocera PPD files for color printers.
Those PPD files use both HP's PJL language and Kyocera's Prescribe
Language in order to preconfigure some printer features without taking
care of proper sequence:
