Seems like syncdaemon is trying to create the " ~/Ubuntu One/Shared With Me"
symlink but there is a directory/symlink there.
This might be caused by a incomplete migration, please could you paste the
output of this commands:

Could you attach this file to the bug (if it exists):
~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/syncdaemon-exceptions.log?
Also, this error happens all the time? are you able to start the client?
