Resizing windows by grabbing window borders is difficult

It can take some extra effort to resize a window from any edge. It's
frustrating.
The edges for resizing is 1 pixel thin. You have to move your mouse
exactly on the edge to resize. Using a touchpad makes it even more
difficult.
