The icons themes are now in separate themes ,
Humanity theme is for light panels
Humanity-dark is for dark panels , so when changing your panels , you *need* to
switch the icon theme.

Apparently this depends on the desktop theme and icon selection.
This system is now using a custom theme based on Clearlooks, with Gnome
icons selected.
Changing to the Humanity Dark icons, for example, restored the icons I
