Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make

It looks like QtParted has been abandoned. SourceForge shows there
hasn't been a release since 2005-08-12. If Ubuntu continues to support
this program, it should try to find somebody to take over the project.
It isn't acceptable to knowingly include software that has had major
bugs for years.

This problem is also apparent in the next screen of the wizard "Prepare
mount points" IF you try something that causes an error message to
appear. In this case, the length of the error message will force the
window to become wider than the screen (rather than just wrapping the
text)

I can also confirm this bug. Only had proublems with window height ,
window width was fine so far for me .
