It is weird, the XOSVIEW reports high cpu usage all the time. However on
some rare occasional time the cpu will be just fine under 10 percent
usage. It seems to have to do something with the initial state of the
machine because when i have no issues booting karmic the cpu usage is
just fine. However most of the time during booting, either the xfce
power thing does not work or when I click on the user account name it
takes a while for the machine to show the password input space and when
these things happen i have the 100 percent cpu usage.
