So, not a bug in langpack-o-matic itself. I just keep one langpack task
open for tracking this issue. Once we have enough space again, we'll
trigger a rebuild of the langpacks.

Thanks to Arne for investigating. Turns out that the server which builds
the langpacks is running out of space. This needs to get fixed urgently.

My first guess was Replaces: wiping files, but that isn't it. The files
genuinely don't get installed into the langpacks. gettext didn't change
since Jaunty, and I didn't touch langpack-o-matic importer recently
either.
Arne, can you please have a look what changed? Are the missing files
still in
