Here is a proposed patch for String Freeze exception in Karmic dev. I
changed the 2 spots noted in the bug description. Also, I removed the
restricted-manager entry from gnome-menus-C.ent. Finally, I adjusted a
line in scripts/fix-urls.sh which referred to "restricted-manager" to
use "jockey".
