6.0.1dfsg.1-6 which is in Debian unstable and will be synced into Ubuntu
once it hits testing, now installs a sample conf and fixes the make
invocation to properly generate the conf as well.

Instead of having the full conf file in debian, it would be easier to set the
variable used by the Makefile to generate the conf:

from debian/gw6c.conf(was creating an unusable config)

At least I was able to copy in my old gw6c.conf from another machine and
have it work now...
