I'm experiencing the same issue on my Dell Dimension 5150. I'm running
32-bit Karmic with no proprietary drivers. I'll attach my crash report

Before upgrading to this kernel, on resume my system would display garbled
video static for a second or two, and then resume as normal. Since upgrading,
I no longer get the video issue, but it still takes just as long to resume and
now this error occurs.

Hi Philip,
The warning reported here typically indicates that it took longer for
your system to resume from suspend than expected. I believe there is a
5 sec barrier which your system likely exceeded. Based on your dmesg
output I see PM: resume devices took 9.796 seconds. I'm setting this to
