Rejected as Ubuntu does not support binary drivers and it has fixed
itself anyway for the original reporter.
Paul Nolan: if it still bugs you, try upgrading your driver/kernel.

Having the same problem here , with random QT movies and totem-gstreamer
(not just the browser plugin). I'm using an nVIDIA card, too (with
driver version 9629)
