The main issue is these lines in your XorgLog:
(EE) intel(0): [drm] Failed to open DRM device for : No such file or directory
(EE) intel(0): Failed to become DRM master.
I've been seeing this bug occasionally on my system too, since the new
upstart stuff. When booting, KMS fails to set the mode,

Since the new upstart system (boot performance) xorg is horribly slow,
- cpu is always at 100%. System worked fine before upgrade. No more
- compiz, I suspect that xorg do no use the right module for my graphic
