Closing based on reporter’s comments; compacting inbox solves the problem.

partially.
Later I used right-click over Inbox icon and select "compact" option.
So at this time, the old emails where removed and real size of Inbox
reduced.

I have the same error and am unable to fix it, i tried un-installing and
