The translations were not updated for the release candidate, but Evan
made a release (10) earlier today with the latest translations (and they
are really finely done). This will land in the final release and the
daily builds, or the latest slides can be viewed if you install
ubiquity-sl
I'd like to point out also that on the 9.10 RC, at least for the french
version, the hyperlinks provided for community end up with "" in the
http address which causes the browser beeing unable to resolve the url.
Anyway, if this possiblity has been left out for the release it's not a
problem. But

Maybe we should disable hyperlinks in case user is in only install mode,
cause clicking on not working links are annoying also.

Maybe the point here is that you can only explore while installing if
you started ubiquity from the desktop icon; if you selected "Install
Ubuntu" from the boot menu, then you can't really.
