I can confirm that upstream 0.15.7 has the same error as in comment #2.
Today is hard code freeze for GNOME, so it would be great if we could
figure out if this is a U1 issue (which I think it is since it works
fine with Snowy) or something in Tomboy that needs to be fixed.

For 0.15.7-0ubuntu1, the new URL https://one.ubuntu.com/notes/ still
does not work. Clicking the button for the first time produces the same
error, and clicking a second time produces this new stacktrace:

[ERROR]: Caught
I can confirm this with updated karmic
