The same problem exists when it's done via the View button on the
notification. It'd be nice to fix that too.

When using the message indicator the Quassel window is not brought to
the front.
This is probably related to bug 353286
You can work around it by changing KWin's focus stealing to None.
The code should check for -DWITH_KDE=ON and use KDE's API
