Please look to bug #419264 - which is a high cpu issue but on compiz. A kernel patch is proposed which seems to fix that one and maybe this one as well. Leann Ogasawara posted a kernel built with this patch - please test if you can and see if it resolves this bug as well. -- xorg uses 20% CPU s
