Sorry I ended up just uninstalling bugzilla. According to apt, this is
the version it would install if I were to reinstall:
$ apt-cache madison bugzilla
bugzilla | 3.2.4.0-3ubuntu1 | http://archive.ubuntu.com karmic/universe
