The upstream version is same in Ubuntu and Debian. So no point in
rushing this before FF.
Also as of now there is no transition plan for rdepends of libdirac0c2a.
This is important considering that the library names in Debian are
different. A test build of all rdepends with new libraries needs to
Ubuntu does already include dirac packages (1.0.2-0ubuntu1); however, looking
at Debian unstable (1.0.2-2) I can see some additional packages:
* libdirac-decoder0
* libdirac-encoder0
These changes are not in Ubuntu Karmic.
